Account activation process

We receive numerous account creation request each day and we thank you for that. However, we noticed that some users do not activate their account.

As part of the profile creation process, an email gets sent out to the user with account activation steps. A user must follow those instructions to activate the account. We occasionally remove unactivated account requests as part of our housekeeping tasks.

It is possible that emails generated by our system lands in your junk mail folder. We advice your to take necessary action to prevent this from happening.

It is also possible that our system failed to send out account activation email. In this case, we encourage users to writes us immediately if they do not receive such email within an hour or so.

We recently sent out reminders to the owners of unactivated accounts and majority of them activated their account and we thank them !!
